Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QR Menu Solutions website, applications, digital menu services, QR code services, subscription services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, ordering a QR product, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a restaurant, company, partnership, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. About QR Menu Solutions
QR Menu Solutions provides technology that enables restaurants and other food businesses to create, manage, and publish digital menus accessible through QR codes and web links.
The Service may include restaurant onboarding, menu digitization, menu management, availability management, QR code generation, usage tracking, subscription management, analytics, customer support, and related services.
3. Restaurant Accounts
Restaurants may be required to provide accurate information when creating an account or requesting our services.
- Provide accurate and current account and restaurant information.
- Keep access credentials and authentication methods secure.
- Restrict unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
- Inform us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Restaurant Menu Content
Restaurants remain responsible for content they provide or publish, including food names, descriptions, prices, availability, ingredients, allergens, dietary information, photographs, logos, promotional content, and other business information.
Restaurants should review digitized menus and correct errors before publishing them to customers.
5. Menu Digitization Service
Where a restaurant provides photographs, PDFs, scans, or other menu materials for digitization, QR Menu Solutions or its authorized menu digitization team may convert the supplied information into structured digital menu data.
Digitization may involve automated or AI-assisted processing and human review. Results may contain errors because source materials may be unclear, incomplete, damaged, handwritten, or otherwise difficult to interpret.
The restaurant remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final menu.
6. AI-Assisted Processing
QR Menu Solutions may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning services to assist with reading menu materials, extracting information, generating structured menu data, and accelerating menu creation.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Restaurants must review information before relying on it.
AI tools do not replace the restaurant's responsibility to verify menu, pricing, ingredients, allergens, or other customer-facing information.
7. QR Codes and Physical QR Products
QR Menu Solutions may provide QR codes in digital or physical formats, including labels, stands, or other materials.
Restaurants are responsible for placing QR codes in suitable locations and ensuring that they remain visible, accessible, and undamaged.
Physical QR products may have separate pricing, shipping, availability, production, and delivery terms displayed at purchase.
8. Customer Digital Menu
Customers may access a restaurant's digital menu by scanning a QR code or opening a menu link. Customers generally do not need an account to view a menu.
The digital menu is an informational service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, QR Menu Solutions does not currently provide food ordering, payment, reservation, delivery, or waiter-request functionality through the digital menu.
9. Menu Availability and Accuracy
QR Menu Solutions provides tools that allow restaurants to update menu availability and other information in real time or near real time.
We do not guarantee that a restaurant's physical inventory, kitchen availability, prices, or other circumstances will always match the information displayed on its digital menu.
Restaurants are responsible for updating information when an item becomes unavailable, changes price, or otherwise changes.
10. Subscription Plans
Certain features are available through paid subscription plans. Plan prices, Menu Visit allowances, billing periods, branding conditions, and other plan terms are displayed on the QR Menu Solutions website or checkout page.
We may offer Free, Starter, Growth, Popular, or other plans from time to time. The applicable plan terms are those displayed at purchase or otherwise applicable to the account.
11. Menu Visits and Usage Limits
Subscription plans may include a specified number of Menu Visits during each billing period. A Menu Visit generally represents a successful visit to a restaurant's digital menu and is used for service usage measurement and subscription limits.
Menu Visits are not the same as individual taps, category selections, or food-item views within a menu.
Monthly included Menu Visits are generally allocated for the applicable billing period and unused monthly allowances have no cash value.
12. Additional Menu Visits
Restaurants may purchase Additional Menu Visits separately from their subscription.
Purchased Menu Visits are prepaid digital usage credits. They are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or automatically converted into a subscription plan.
Unless a different validity period is explicitly stated at purchase, purchased Additional Menu Visits remain available while the account and Service remain eligible for their use.
13. Joining Bonuses and Promotional Credits
QR Menu Solutions may provide joining bonuses, promotional Menu Visits, discounts, free periods, referral benefits, or other promotional offers.
Promotional benefits are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
We may modify or discontinue promotional offers where permitted by applicable law.
14. Payments and Billing
Paid services must be paid using an available payment method presented during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for purchases and, where applicable, recurring subscription charges.
Taxes, payment processing requirements, currency conversion, and other charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.
15. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel before the next renewal under our Cancellation Policy. Renewal payments already processed are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms and should be read together with them.
17. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.

18. Restaurant Content and Intellectual Property

By uploading or submitting content, you grant QR Menu Solutions a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, transform, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content and allow us to process it for these purposes.
19. QR Menu Solutions Intellectual Property

20. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including hosting, databases, analytics, AI services, payment processors, communication services, authentication providers, and other infrastructure.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. QR Menu Solutions is not responsible for third-party services to the extent their independent actions or failures are outside our reasonable control.
21. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, infrastructure failures, internet or network problems, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
22. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the change where required by applicable law.
23. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, material breach of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or circumstances permitted by applicable law.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.
Termination does not automatically eliminate payment obligations that accrued before termination.
24. Data and Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to provide the Service.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not warrant that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every restaurant's particular requirements.
We do not guarantee increased restaurant sales, customer traffic, revenue, operational savings, or any particular business outcome from using the Service.
26. Restaurant Responsibility for Customer-Facing Information
Restaurants are responsible for ensuring that their published menus comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, food labeling requirements, pricing rules, consumer protection requirements, and other obligations applicable to their business.
This includes accurate information concerning ingredients, allergens, dietary claims, prices, taxes, availability, food descriptions, and other customer-facing information.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QR Menu Solutions and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.
This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to QR Menu Solutions for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QR Menu Solutions and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms.
- Content you upload or publish through the Service.
- Your infringement of another person's or organization's rights.
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
29. Force Majeure
QR Menu Solutions will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, major infrastructure failures, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, war, civil unrest, epidemics, labor disruptions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
The updated version will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice.
Continued use of the Service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
